As a Multimedia Design and Support Specialist at Queen’s University, I developed a variety of multimedia and interactive assets for the online courses.
Here are just a few multimedia examples.
This video I created was to introduce the concepts of a Module within a course.
Using H5P, I created this interactive learning asset that would be embedded throughout the online courses I developed.
This is another example of an H5P interactive learning asset that I created.
Working with the client’s (CollegeReadyMath) requirements and scripts, I produced this video using motion graphics and video editing. I was challenged to bring the script to life using conceptual thinking to keep the content engaging and simple enough for the viewers to understand the math concepts taught in the lesson.
This video was part of a 65 lesson video series produced to prepare American high school students for college level math.
As a Multimedia Designer at D2L, I produced videos like this product demo video below where I used exceptional attention to detail to meeting quality design and communication standards that met D2L’s brand guidelines. I used motion graphics and video editing to create this video.
“The Edge YouTube Contest” was sales campaign that culminated into a radio contest on 102.1 the Edge. The objective was to create listening and viewing engagement on all of 102.1 the Edge channels: on-air, online (website and social media).
This video I created (below) was the ‘promo video’ that was shared on the website and social media to promote the contest. I also designed the corresponding web page on www.edge.ca and managed the Edge’s YouTube channel for the contest.
This was an integrated sales campaign that involved all levels at the radio station: sales, programming, on-air talent, and clients. This is an example of a dynamic work environment I excelled in while delivering quality results.
Please excuse the lower quality video as it was produced when video requirements weren’t HD.
This was the early days of video and social media.
